Q. What Is Riesbeck’s On the Go?

A. Riesbeck’s On the Go is a service which allows you to buy you the groceries you need even when you don’t have the time to shop in-store. Simply place your order online and schedule a date and time to pick up your order (up to 7 days in advance). After a quick call to give notice that you’ve arrived, your friendly Personal Shopper will be out to load your groceries without you having to leave your car!

Q. Is Riesbeck’s On the Go available at all Riesbeck’s locations?
A. Riesbeck’s On the Go is available at the following Riesbeck’s locations: Bridgeport OH, Barnesville OH, Cambridge OH, Elm Grove WV, St.Clairsville OH, Toronto, OH, Newcomerstown OH and South Zanesville OH. And now, Riesbeck’s On the Go Grocery Delivery is available through the Cambridge, OH, Elm Grove, WV and St. Clairsville, OH locations!
We hope to bring the On The Go pickup and delivery service to more stores in the future.

Q. How can I start shopping with Riesbeck’s On the Go?
A. Visit www.riesbeckfoods.com and click on “Create an Account.” Once your account has been created, you can use the “Weekly Ad” and “Shop” links to add items to your cart.

Q. What fees are associated with Riesbeck’s On the Go?
A. The first three pick up orders for Riesbeck’s On the Go customers are service-fee free. Beginning with the fourth order, there is a fee of $4.95 per transaction, and that’s regardless of how large your order may be! For locations which offer delivery, fees may apply to all delivery orders.

Q. What are my payment options?
A. You may choose to pay with a debit or credit card online or at the time of pick-up. For the safety of our customers and associates, only credit card, debit card and gift card payments are accepted at the time of pick-up. Cash and checks are not accepted for Riesbeck’s On the Go transactions. We are unable to accept government benefits (including WIC and EBT) as payment for Riesbeck’s On the Go transactions.

Q. What is the provisional charge?
A. We temporarily authorize your card for the higher of $5 or 10% of the item total. It helps account for charges like bottle deposits, final sales tax, and items sold by weight. As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for the exact amount of your final order.

Q. Will Riesbeck’s On the Go work with my Digital Coupons?
A. Yes! If you use the same phone number to create your Riesbeck’s On the Go account that you used when enrolling in the Riesbeck’s Rewards program, your account will automatically be synced with the Digital Coupon account. (Note: When creating your Riesbeck’s On the Go account, you should enter the phone number that you will most likely answer in the event that your Personal Shopper needs to contact you.)

Q. What are the hours available to pick-up my order?
A. At participating Riesbeck’s locations, pick-ups may be scheduled 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week.

Q. How do I know that I will get high-quality, fresh product?
A. With each order, your Personal Shopper promises to select only the items that he or she would be proud to serve to his or her own family. Your Personal Shopper will never settle for anything less than the freshest products. Your Personal Shopper promises to:

o Be Responsive to Your Needs
o Provide Product of the Highest Quality and Freshness
o Notify You of Substituted Items to Ensure Your Satisfaction

Q. Does Riesbeck’s offer a delivery service?
A. Riesbeck’s On the Go Grocery Delivery is available through the Elm Grove, WV, Cambridge, OH and St. Clairsville, OH Riesbeck’s locations. We do not provide delivery service for alcohol and tobacco products. We hope to bring our delivery service to additional locations in the future!

Q. I’m not sure if my delivery address falls within your delivery area. How can I find out?
A. Once you have entered your delivery address, a warning will appear if the address falls outside of the delivery area. You will not be able to proceed with the checkout process until you enter a new delivery address or change to have the order picked up at the store.

Q. How do I request grocery delivery?

A. Simply log into your existing account or create an account at www.riesbeckfoods.com or by using the Riesbeck’s app available for your smartphone.  Click on the “Shop” tab to browse items and add them to your cart.  Once your shopping is complete, click the “Checkout” button.  On the checkout page, click on the “Switch to Delivery” button.  Enter your delivery information if the pre-filled address differs from your preferred delivery destination.  Next, choose your delivery date and time.  You can enter any notes regarding the order, choose your bagging preference and even choose whether or not the groceries may be left in a safe place (in the event that no one is available to receive the order when delivery is made).

Q. How soon can my order be delivered?
A. Deliveries are made daily between the hours of 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. At the time of checkout, you may choose from available delivery dates and times.

Q. How do I pay for my delivered grocery order?
A. During the checkout process, your order is paid for securely online with a debit or credit card. We are unable to accept payment using Riesbeck’s gift cards at this time. Payment via EBT, Cash or Check is not accepted for any online order.

Q. Is there a fee to have my order delivered?
A. Yes, there is a flat fee of $9.99 for any order delivered.

Q. Can any size order be delivered?
A. Yes, you can request delivery for any of your grocery orders – large or small.

Q. I live out of town but would like to purchase groceries to be delivered to a friend or family member living within the delivery area. Can Riesbeck’s help with this?
A. Yes! If you don’t already have a registered account, created an account using your name and contact information at www.riesbeckfoods.com or by using the Riesbeck’s app on your smartphone. Once you have completed your shopping and have chosen the delivery option, simply replace your pre-filled contact information with that of the recipient and enter your payment information. You may want to confirm with the recipient a date and time that will work best for the delivery.
